7.7. Summary of Group Routines⁑

  1. Within two weeks prior to the March equinox:

    1. Group holds elections for offices for the next term

  2. Within a week prior to the March equinox:

    1. Secretary makes a back-up/archive of forums and records

    2. Treasurer makes a quarter-term report of all resources to group and donate any excess money within one week

  3. No later than the day prior to the March equinox:

    1. Group announces results for elections for offices for the next term

  4. Between the morning of the March equinox and one week after the equinox:

    1. New office holders take their oaths and begin their work for the group

  5. No later than one month after the March equinox:

    1. Secretary updates contact information and availability information for all members in the group

    2. Secretary ascertains all calendrically and astrologically notable dates and times for the current term and next term, confirming the work of the prior secretary for the current term

    3. Secretary creates ritual schedule for the last 11 months of the current term and first month of the next term

    4. Treasurer confirms last quarter-term resource report of the prior treasurer

  6. Within a week prior to the June solstice:

    1. Secretary makes a back-up/archive of forums and records

    2. Treasurer makes a quarter-term report of all resources to group and donate any excess money within one week

  7. In the month leading up to the September equinox:

    1. Group establishes or confirms a date for the next Ekklēsia

  8. Within a week prior to the September equinox:

    1. Secretary makes a back-up/archive of forums and records

    2. Treasurer makes a quarter-term report of all resources to group and donate any excess money within one week

  9. At some point between the September equinox and December solstice (not all years):

    1. Group representative participates in the Ekklēsia

  10. Within a week prior to the December solstice:

    1. Secretary makes a back-up/archive of forums and records

    2. Treasurer makes a quarter-term report of all resources to group and donate any excess money within one week

  11. Between the Ekklēsia and halfway between the December solstice and March equinox (not all years):

    1. Group representative participate in the Ekklēsias Teleutē (if necessary)

  12. Following an Ekklēsias Teleutē and prior to the March equinox:

    1. Group implements any changes to practices and documents (if necessary)
