  2. Vote on whether the group should keep all non-monetary material resources in the personal care of the treasurer or in a common storage facility; if the latter, where and how it may be arranged and by whom

  3. Initial call for donations of resources or funding to support the group

7.8.2. Within the First Month⁑

  1. Create system for tracking and maintaining group records

  3. Obtain scheduling availability from all members of the group

  4. Establish event times for the current term and all of next term

    1. Conjunctions of the Moon with the Sun for Katharsis rituals

    2. Oppositions of the Moon with the Sun for Iasis rituals

    3. Waxing Quarter Moons and Waning Quarter Moons for Synodos meetings

    4. Mercury in 14° Virgo for the Hypsōsis ritual and Hypsōmeia offering

    5. Sun in 0° Aries (for elections and boundaries of office terms)

    6. Other times as necessary or desired

  5. Schedule events for the current term into the first month of the next term

    1. Katharsis (at least once a quarter)

    2. Iasis (at least once a quarter)

    3. Synodos (twice every synodic lunar month)

    4. Hypsōsis and Hypsōmeia (once a year)

    5. Group office election

    6. Other events as necessary or desired

  6. Coordinate event leaders for scheduled events, including readers for Synodos meetings

  1. Reach out to any other groups known, especially local groups or the old groups of members, to announce the existence of the new group and request propagation of information
